No sorry, but you know, if you have a dreamcast you can put homebrew on it.

We can't post Bios files on the forums, but sadly, I don't have it.

I have the Playstation BIOS, but it has no relation to the Dreamcast Bios, sorry, if you want my playstation bios you can have it.

Google it, as for the dreamcast emu. We ain't even got a psx or n64 emu yet.
