TA-Games (or better known as Thahrim Ahmed) as just released his first version of PSP
Background Maker.
I had never thought that people on the Game Maker Forums would actually be compiling with
the PSP. To me this could do a bit of work, you could easily make a background any where
else but its still pretty amazing from what you can expect!

Can it be animated???

Nope, the PSP can only hold.bmp files, and animated files are .gif files.
So sorry, but .Gif format will infact be available soon when the 3.0 firmware comes out.
