why wowuld some 1 want a 1.00 in stead of 1.50 wats the diffence?

Well now they don't.
Before they wanted a 1.00 firmware because it was easier to install homebrew since it only used the one folder instead of the two which 1.5 firmwares use.
But now that theirs custom firmware 1.5 firmwares can now run 1.00 eboots meanning its easier to install.

o. ,well i have a nother questeion. can a umd movie be a cso and ran in devhook?

I've tried it but to no avail, but anyways 1.00 is still a target firmware due to the fact that it can upgrade to real custom firmwares.

ya I mean couldnt they just run it with devhook?
