little probelm

well I just rented the tekken 5 game, my controller port works find,
but when Im playing in story mode on the second round my character
just stops responding I cant move him or anything.

I tried to use my a different controller, taking it out blowing it..still nothing.
anyone come across this?

no but it sounds like it is the disc try cleaning it

already did that, but it seems like my ps2 is very sensitive to games,
everytime when I rent them it always does something and it doesnt
work for crap. I mean even little bit of scartches wont make it work.

its typically not like I put my mouth on it and start blowing,
I usually just throw it around and see if it starts working again.

This happened on my playstation one, I just got a new controller and it worked fine.

I did that, I tried a new different controller...its like the music in the
background just stoped and like when I press a button it takes like
10 seconds for the character to move.

and look I didnt do any of that to my controller, I just took
it out and put it back in to see if it was working alright

Try opening up the Playstation 2 and checking the controller port there.

good idea...cuz that would get it aroused maybe,,,but not working again
