the gps is coming out the same day btw... so it will prob require the same frimware
and yes, it will require a special firmware, because it will require a special prx file
i remember a long time ago, on this news site, they were talking about 2.7 decryption. they showed the prx's that were extracted, and like two of them were something like camboot.prx and gpsboot.prx
also, if they require a special prx, we could just make one, or if the decryption software is able to decrypt the update, we could extract the prx, and apply it to 1.5 with custom firmware or soemthing....

well you have to update ur software or anything, for this becaouse im trying to stay low but i bet yoou anything when it comes to the usa / canada V 2.9 or 3.0 will come out so u have to update it.

yes, were trying to give you a point that you dont need to upgrade,
because all you need to do is wait on devhook with more firmwares.

Iam not going to update because i think sony is really improved there security in terms of stopping homebrew

I dont think you will as ive seen camera prxes in the 2.71 fw folder. Also, ive read that the cam will come with its own umd to edit the vidz as well as add titles and borders ^_^

So This PSP camera is released in JAPAN?
Maybe I can get one shipped from Japan to Canada ?
