question about motherboard?

how can i look up my UMD drive and find out if i can downgrade or not?
It's probably a stupid question, but i really don't know anything about all this, sorry , but thanks if someone is willing to answer my question!

Next time edit first post don't double post thanks. Anyways heres link on a EXE file that will install everything you need to downgrade. Just plug in you usb and run exe. (PM for link)
