Ive got a bid on a '42 (S/42) Mauser Luger and a CYQ P38 (Both WWII military issue) for an auction tomorrow. Ill find out if I won either in the afternoon. I doubt I will though because I wont put too much money down on something that I cant break down or at least inspect and that has no sort of warranty. At least with guns if a part breaks all you have to do is find a new one and put it in.
The holster on the left is for the Luger and is an exact reproduction. Real holsters range from $350-$500 so I went with the $37 reproduction. The magazine in the gun is an authentic WWI wood bottom magazine and is proper for the gun. Those run about $100. The loaded magazine is a mecgar (not original and cost $30). The holster on the right is for the P38 I ordered and is real. Someone mispelled Mauser as "Mouser" on ebay so I ended up being the only bidder and got it for $16!
