2.60 downgrading

Well for starters, how about lessening you're urge to double post just to bump a topic so people can read the topic.
Its not like people arn't going to notice it, when someone makes a topic its marked in bright red in the forum its made in to show that someone has posted.

And the psp developement is going no where as of now, my best choice is:

1. If you SERIOUSLY cannot stand not playing you're scarface game, then upgrade and play.

OR

2. Try not to lose hope and wait for a TA-082 Motherboard Downgrader (which infact is in progress btw)

ORRRRRRRRRRR

3. Keep looking for PSP's that don't have TA-082 motherboard.


But what I don't understand is how do you know the PSP's you're looking at in the store have a TA-082 motherboard? Do you have like x-ray eyes to make you see through the box or something??

but i dpuble posted once cuz at the time my network was in flux and my internet stalls...and i asked agian cuz no one answered...but thanx for the simplification...i'll just barrow my bros psp for the time being...but i donno how long that'll last...i have read about the downgrader...just it seems that psp hacking moves pretty fast...wasn't like that when i was in the scene except in pocket pc hack...but that was seriously easy so...instead...can anyone sugest any pc toolz that will help the exploration for psp....or is that gonna be all me?

so i can downgrade to 2.50 wit hdark's downgrader...if i didn't have a TA-082 the downgrader would work...only thing i could see that is good about that i may be able to upgrade to 2.71 and back to 2.50

and in my opinion with a TA-082 you might as well update, there isnt much you can do 0okom was doin the softdown thing but he stoped bc sum 1 hacked his email

if you're a TA-082 user then do what i did....run darks homebrew enabler C...after that it's on the donkey kong...all i've seen that you can run: dungeins .40, wolfenstein 3D test, heretic, daedalus wally, snes9xTYL v0.3 (if anyone knows anytihng else that run then please post) and the windows live port...it seems that some games/applications work if you use the 1.0 version cuz it hasn't been patched...also the newest fileassistant tiff hack worked once but doesn't seem to anymore, but still checking it out....and if you're worried about upgrading don't dark's new downgrader you still can downgrade to 2.50...so upgrade it to 2.71 so you can play all the new games....i would have told yall about this sooner but i was unable to type for a bit...but here ya go, enjoy

If you got firmware 1.5 then you can use both. (VSH is for recovery though)

i have a FW 2.60 upgraded to 2.71, TA-082 motherboard with the homebrew enabler C (HRNC)...but yeah...probly won't work....most doesn't

well when it says you can crick your psp kinda makes me think twice...so i was about to install Devhook launcher port to 2.71....should work fine right?...seems so...but i figure i'd ask before i go any farther...the readme's just don't give me any comfort....and i'm using the homebrew enabler C...it says you need B...i was thinking it would work tohugh cuz it says B atleast

so like 2 weeks after buying my new psp and figuring that out and what not...it got stolen....so i've been gone...but hey, i already purchased a 2 gig card (7 bucks i rock) and now am gonna get new psp off of ebay....and ideas to what things i sohuld look for negative and posatively? i really don't wanna read all kinds of stuff cuz from the last time i did that, it took forver, i will do all the reading in time, but i have some psp's i can bid on before they expire in like 2 hours....so a quick what's what would be great!!!...

just downgrade the psp with whatever downgrader, and update to 3.10 OE-A'

number one, look at the date on that first msg, so quit being retarded...

second, that means that i can take any psp and make it do whatever i want? cuz htat wasn't the case before...so firmware restrictions or ta082 restricitons?
