Xlink Kai help

Hey guys I found out about this recently and was wondering if anyone who uses this might be able to help me out? I read through the quickstart guide, but it seemed to be unclear (to me atleast) I really wanted to try this program out. I would be very thankful for any kind of help.

I use the PSP wifi max. if that can help in any way.
