can i downgrade from 2.82 without a pc if so how can i do this

no you cannot downgrade from 2.82 there is currently no kernal acces

does this mean i cant download files other than pics,music and video.if so what and how?

Maybe you should ask my friend crait, who sais on msn that he has finished his hack for 2.71, (but wait, he said it was for 2.81!), but he also sais its possibly to work on 2.82 (don't use it if you're gonna risk you're psp)
Anyhow, no you cannot downgrade. And yes, you can still get Videos, Pics, and Music.
