PS3 Linux Addons, Installers, and v1.10 PS3 Firmware Download!
Some of you may know that I (well me and my cousin) have gone in together on a PlayStation 3, and did you guys know that this thing can run linux??!!!
Ofcourse! It was brought back in Ol' May-September of updates. No homebrew yet folks, sorry, but don't worry! I was happy enough to upload some Linux Tools that have recently been released!
I tried to upload one of the OSDisc Sources but it took too long, sorry
In the file there will be:

Boot Loader Patches
Linux Addon Patches
PS3OS Installer

Also, the firmware was too hard to upload so I might as well get it ripped off from qj.net
You can download the v1.10 Firmware (its in .PUP format so no worries, it shouldnt take too long) here!

So how long ago did you actually reserve this?

I didnt reserve, my cousin did that, we just went to EBgames like 1 day before and payed up front for our pre order (we know the staff at Ebgames, so we get deals off of things, and we get some things that come in a day later before then )
Man this is the greatest week ever, PS3 and Wii all in one week! And Im going to be able to lpay backed up .CUE files on PS3 because of linux!!! This is the most greatest week ever.

man seems like everyone has got there PS3 and Wii preordered for the past weeks lol.

There are not any sold in "public" stores, some people have them because they know the store owners.

oh...well that as for the PS3 and 360 that explains alot lol, you think PS3 gonna win?

ya it only counts public buys of them and tomorrow i think they come out so its gona get really high, and out of 100% of ppl they think...

these numbers are only estimates so it could be a lil wrong,

i think the weird thing is that xbox360 has been out a year and has only sold over a few million units, and ps3 has been out 2days and has almost 250.000 units sold so i am going with the PS3

The kinks on that graphics card for 360 is sure awesome, plus the attachable hard drive rules.

well idk, my friend told he was gonna get the Wii for christmas instead, I think the way
the control is pretty amazing, but idk gameplay is all what matters and thats why Im getting
the PS3.
