Using a cheat device for ISOs (not gta) on 2.71 SE-B

Is there a way for 2.71 SE-B custom firmwares, to have cheats on an iso running from the XMB? Like I want to activate cheats on my Breath of Fire 3 (EUR) game, but I have 2.71 SE-B, and I dont want to install devhook.
Is there a way to do this without devhook on 2.71 SE-B?

If there is no possibly way to do this without devhook, could someone give me the apropriate devhook for 2.71 SE-B, and the apropriate cheat device for ISO games, with a good installation resource ofcourse

Use X-Flash to dump your 2.71 SE the edit the 271cnbtf.txt and the 271_gamecnbtf.txt to add the cheatmaster.prx. then use the Recovery mode to flash them to your PSP, viola cheatmaster on 2.71 SE B

I have not tested but in theory it should work.

1. I need a link to cheat master, I have searched on google and on download sites but can't seem to find it.
2. Where would I edit in the cnbtf.txt files (plus gamecnbtf) to add in the cheast master prx file? And what command would I put?

All right il see to it, btw does it matter what version of x-flash I use? Im uving v16F but it prolly doesnt matter, it sais on the readme it works for "SE", plus it has dump firmware command.

I just installed 2.71 SE, go figure lol.

ive had it for a wile but i could never find out how to get cheat master to work on devhook any way... is there a GTA prx i can put in for Liberty City Stories? thats the only game i need/want to cheat on

Okay, Im going to install the CWCHEAT from here which sais does not require Devhook on 2.71 SE-B firmwares. So devhook shouldnt be needed correct?

But I have deleted the dh folder when I installed 2.71 SE-B (by accident) will this cause a brick or anything?
