I think i getting it now . but when i start the game some thing comes out and says "THe game could not be started (80020001) " what does this mean and how can i fix it ?

we need firmware version, what game, and other info if its a UMD just try and clean the disc

UMD doesn't matter. It is the firmware that matters most. Depending on the one, if it requires 2.00+ and you are at a 1.50 without an emulator you are out of luck. What you need then is a devhook. The Download Section should provide you with one.
