Firmware 3.00 Devhook coming soon.

According to The_Ultimate_Eggman at DCEmu, Birdman and James have been able to get 3.00 working on Devhook! But there are still a few bugs that need to be worked out. Everyone cross your fingers for a quick release.

can 2.71 se do devhook?

Yeah, there's a 2.71 version that SE can use to boot into 1.5, or normal 2.71

UPDATE: I just saw that Devhook v0.50 has been released, allowing 2.8x emulation, along with some kind of 3.0 hybrid. No clue if the new Devhook works on 2.71 SE-C, but I'd guess it does.

Whats not to understand? There is a new devhook underway that will port 2.8x (x as in a variable for unknown)

SEs devhook is to emulate 1.5 or 2.71 if some homebrew games or UMDs are not compatible with 2.71 SE...kinda pointless... and on the new devhook there is NO 3.0/3.01 emulation whatso ever, that folder is kinda a hint thogh, a new 3.01 devhook is being worked on by BOOSTER
