Conversion Of PSX to psp game

I have been trying to get Battle Arena Toshinden to work and i converted the BIN into eboot and copied the keys.bin file into the same folder. I just don't know how to get the document.dat file. I have tried playing it without that file, but it always gets past the playstation logo and gets stuck at "Sony Entertainment Presents".

The PSX should be a bin, then the bin file needs to be converted to an ISO.

.bin or .iso doesnt matter, it gets converted to eboot in the batch file.
