Downgrading from 2.71 to 1.5 then installling the custom FW.

I want to downgrade my psp, but first I'm on the firmware of 2.6 to I update to 2.71 by internet like the official sony website?
If thats accomplished, I want to downgrade to 1.5. But with this can I upgrade to Alex's custom firmware of 3.02 oe-a and oe-b?
Or can I just install it from 2.71?
But from this, can I run any homebrew application?
Please give me tutorials, answers, suggestions, any kind.

Any possible links you can give me? I'm pretty busy,with mIRC, MSN, Photoshop, and the rest. After this I'll be turning PSP a key for Sakurazaki Toybox. A enabler for the Warscript of mIRC. I need someone to give me all directions clearly so I won't f**k up.

If you're only installing HEN D to use a downgrader, then only follow
Sections 1, 4, 5
