Don't use it, it contained stolen code. But if you want to risk you're psp, I believe it was
useatyourownrisk. I still reccomend you upgrade to 3.02 OE-A and use that Playstation Emulator. It runs with full sound files, full speed, and max FPS.

psp-psx, what's the password?

Thanks for the responce, my firmware is 1.52 and i run dev-hook to play newer games and mainly use the psp for emulation, i dont really want to upgrade fully at this time, i may just get another psp and update that as and when sony think i should!!!!.
Thanks alot anyway, i still have my old chipped playstation so if i really feel the need i can always dig it out from the loft.
Cheerz, Burnel.

Well why would you use this psx? Seriously man you do not want to use it, its not overall an achiever. The FPS is horrible.
(more than that though)

seriously kid, don't be a fool, listen to mailas, update to 2.71, downgrade and update to 3.02 OE-B or you could wait for 3.03 OE....

but it's a safe investment, don't be an idiot.

I don't think he knows that he can return safely to 1.5 from 3.02 OE firmwares. Just to let you know burnel, you can downgrade from 3.02 OE-A/B to whatever firmware you want and you can safely use a 2.71 downgrader that uses a SONY 1.5 update. So it's a situation where you lose nothing, and gain more open doors.
Back, and playing with my "zompsp".

This person is obviously just trying to get a rile out of the forum members here. That IP should be banned.

No hes not, obviously he just hasn't been much of an update for the new OE-A and OE-B firmwares.
Plus a person who does that wouldn't be as descriptive, and they would just leave one post instead of making more in the same topic.

After receiving help from here, the user stated that he was using version 1.52 for his hacks, which doesn't run anything.

Perhaps he should not be banned, but definitely warned not to yank peoples' chain on this site.

Believe me, lots of new users are not aware of what firmwares run what, and what firmwares don't run what.
