Yes, there's a good SNES Emulator for the PSP, and with 2.71 firmware you can run it with a little help. You can either use a downgrader and downgrade your PSP to 1.5 to run it, or you can run an app called Hombrew Enabler Rev D (HEN-D) and then you can run hombrew made for HEN-D use.
