has anyone seen a sega cd emulator?

No, currently there is no emulator out for it or I would have it lol.

it would be cool if some one put it out or even a saturn emu

Sega CD ruled because of Sonic CD. So nope none out, probably wont ever be.

Zx-81 and I have been in contact for some time. I had asked him about the possibility of a Saturn emulator and he said that it would be much harder than the Nintendo 64 emulation, so I am not hopeful... and games lag on the Sega CD as it is lol, so I don't think the psp will play them nicely. I'd like to see those things, just won't put my money on it.
