3.11 Decrypted on First Day!

I think we should just STOP decrypting their firmware (or at LEAST releasing it) b/c there are NO good features to be added, and I'd hate for Sony to wise up one day and create a truly hard firmware to crack. I say wait until there is something WORTH putting on the cracked version.

I think that's what they are trying to do
they are releasing variations of thier security codes to see what is hackable
and so far, everything has been hacked
mabye one of the firmwares were actually patches for errors in the psp, but most of them were probably for devhook

I agree with you, sooner or later sony is going to make something that will truly be hard to hack. If hackers just stopped doing this then sony wont change their security in future updates.

On the other hand, if hackers decrypt the firmware, sony will be forced to make new fw's, and they will have to add more then just security updates or that will make them look bad. :lol:
