~stonecoldboy3 - it is safe to change the gameboot if you want. There are lots of neat things to change it to.
~pspruler - It isn't that you are "stupid"... it's just that staying at 1.50 is a stupid decision. I mean, it took me about half a year before custom firmware convinced me (psx emulation rather).... I LOVE firmware 1.50... but just waiting for devhook to load up, then reload for the "firmware" just isn't worth it. If you are worried about flash0 space, DON'T BE (not with 3.03 oe-c). I've decked mine out to the hilt and when I turn it off... the customizations STAY... which is probably one of the best features. Not to mention Sony's features like the web browser and ps1 emulator.
