I haven't used 3.10 oe-b but I am using 3.03 oe-c and it is the best custom firmware out there. You can do so much more with the 3.03 oe-c and there is a recovery mode too. Meaning once you have bricked your psp, you can just go into recovery mode and recovery your psp from a brick to an unbrick. Just like I have said, so much more to the 3.03 oe-c.

I would really recommend 3.03 oe-c.

Okay, try this:

Turn off your PSP completely and when you turn it back on, immediately hold the R trigger until it brings you to a "Recovery Mode" screen. Go down to where it says "Configuration" and Click X. Go down to where it says "Use NO-UMD (currently: Disable)", click X and then it will change to "Use NO-UMD (currently: Enable)". Now click X on "Back". Then go down to "Exit" and click X. Now try to load up your CSO.

If it is not working, please reply back as to what CSO you are trying to run.

Yeah it is true, if you do have a UMD in there, it will work better and more efficient. I am just telling you another way is all. Not all games will work with the method that I have told you, only most of the games will work but NOT all. Yeah, if you want to know about anything else, just PM me or post a topic and i will be glad to help you out. The taking out battery part is a normal thing, happens to me sometimes too.

Oh, another thing... try to go into the recovery mode and change the clockspeed for games to 333 if possible, dont have to but it might work.
