how do you do that? enter flash0 in the 3.02 oe-b so I can customize it? Is it possible?

You should be able to go into recovery mode. Then go ADVANCED/ENABLE FLASH0 USB.

Yeah your gonna have to download pspfiler if you want to stay at 3.02 oe-b

I suggest looking up tutorials on what you want to do with pspfiler to your flash0 until you get the hang of how to use it.
