need help on cps2psp ver 2.0.6

how do I run this program here?

http://dl.qj.net/CPS2PSP-ver.2.0.6-PSP- ... /catid/485

I just cant seem to find and put the files in the right place.

I keep getting an error when I try to run it, usually isnt there suppose to be
a cps2ps% folder there?

I also heard I need to run the romcnv program to load the Marvel vs Capcom rom and cache
it. But I keep getting an error.

Man I know I wish I could help... truly I do. I mean, I wish I could get this working for myself but I've tried and tried and came up empty-handed. Same with the MAME emulator. On most forums, questions like this go completely unanswered b/c people don't know the answer and don't want to sound stupid but I am not so much like that. I can admit when I don't know something. It's ok to look stupid sometimes lol

keep me updated on anything you find though. I'd be very appreciative.
