Weird nero error

I dont know why but when ever I try to copy my CD it just wont work.
Ive reinstalled it already but I cant get it to work.

I had the same problem once, exept it was with a photoshop and the same thing poped out saying please reinstall but still did not work.

After a google search i realized during a command one of the off-sets #'s changed which curropted the entire program.
basically a glitch.

I was able to reinstall by using a cleaner program.
