help my psp is being weird

i just got a rom for gameboy advance i open up the emliter folder and im like yes! i firgured it out so i go on my psp click on the gameboy advance folder but the emlitor doesnt load up what im doing wrong?

did you extract the emulator directly to your PSP/GAME folder?

-if you already did that, and it's not loading up, just delete the emulator that you have now and just get a new one.

you gotta rename the rom that you have to rom.gba

Place the rom in the folder without the % sign.

Can only place 1 rom in at a time

i placed it in the vba roms thing with the % folder

do the opposite.Place it in the folder with"out" the %

i placed it in every single folder

place it in the one folder (just the folder without the %)
