I wouldn't suggest using my tutorial in the tutorial section anymore actually. It's quite dated and should probably be replaced with a new one but I am working on 3 other tutorials right now that will take a while.

Tinker with these two programs - they're all you need

rip it with "Alcohol 120%"
and get it ready for the psp in this program - "popstationGUI" - written by ZiNgABuRgA from psp-hacks.com's forum

ya it worked... but then i quit the game turned off my psp then later i tried to play it again and it displays the ps1 symble then a black screen
what do i do to fix it?
