I answered you because, even if your a dumbass, you deserve an answer. And you don't have to be a master at hacking to know the only way to tell if something is a downgrader is if it says Downgrader.

and to JPS, don't even talk, your already breaking rules:

For a head admin...you should know that going off topic and flaming back and forth is also against the rules.
