Good to know everyone is older, I am 17, and whenever I play my PSP outside of the house and stuff, my parents always tell me thats for kids. I really don't care what they say thought, cause kids walk through the hallways of my school playing Pokemon, and not the kids you would expect, like all types of kids (althought you guys all know this already).

I got into pokemon in the 4th grade, and even though I think the idea behind pokemon is ridiculous and the show is crap, as a gamer, I can't deny that the games are top quality. I'm 18 and I still pick up a pokemon game to play when I am at a loss for what to play next. That's the main thing with those games... the replay value and how customizable they are, two things that I love to see in games. That's why I like the Elder Scrolls, GTA, and so on.

Im turnin 15 this saturday :) goin to get my permit that following Monday, woohoo.
Pokemon has also been a great game to play while on the crapper, specially after I just ate a bag of hot cheetos. I remember when I was in elementary school and like EVERYONE played pokemon. Now that was the great days.

I'm 18 and I haven't done drivers training. Never planned on it though. The first time I NEED a car will be in about 6 months.

I got my license a month ago. I hate states that let kids drive at 16.

Most everywhere I'd actually need to go has always been within walking distance. Also, I was hit by an SUV near the end of sixth grade and felt I'd be skiddish on the road if I were to do drivers training then, so I didn't at that time. Then, I couldn't get a job in order to hold a car so I didn't worry about it. After all, I'd have a job and the ONLY thing that would come out of it would be to pay for insurance (that I wouldn't be able to afford) and gas ~ so I opted not to get a car until I was more financially stable.

Speaking of which, I'm getting a factory job soon, so I think I'll get my license in about August before I take some college courses. In Michigan, you can drive at 16, but I don't have rich parents or even caring parents for that matter, so that doesn't help either. Most everyone I know has their mommy and daddy paying for their gas. I think that's dumb. But anyways, all I need to do is take a written test/ get my permit/ put some hours down/ get my license ~ and I can drive well, just not legally, so none of that is a problem at all.
