IRShell + emulator = music? Yes. IRShell will allow music during an emulator. It should be straight-forward.

he wasnt asking about irshell. irsmp3 is a plugin (originally used as part of the irshell program yes) but its a plugin that you use just like any other plugin. It goes in your seplugins folder which will be located in the root of your memory stick. Then you turn your psp off and boot it into recovery mode by holding the r trigger on startup. then click enable the plugin.
