You mean a signature? Like the picture at the bottom of your post? Just go to the same screen you went to to change your avatar, but instead under "Profile Information" there will be the last option titled "Signature". To add a picture just type "[img]"%20without%20the%20quotes%20then%20type%20the%20address%20of%20the%20image%20then%20put%20"[/img]" without the quotes.
