HELP with Cintro on 3.40 oe-a

ok, ive seen some cool Cintro's on 3.40 oe-a so i was wondering how do i get that?
i DL an "intro" file thats a part from Coded Arms, how do i get that too play wen i turn my psp on?

ok watch your sh!t when your using that program because lots of people bricked.. (and weren't able to get recovery mode) by using that.
