SNES 9x TYL ME emulator problems

i downloaded SNES 9x TYL ME on my psp 1.5. when i start it it says the game could not be startes. (80020001) what do i do.

is it placed in the right folders?

It should be GAME>>SNES> and SNES with % sign.

SNES> roms>*put roms there*

If all doesn't work I can send you mines. what version is yours btw?
get 0.4 it works good for me.
