Don't call him a coward.. Anybody with half a brain cell would do what he did. It's not like he's working on a cure for cancer, what most would consider a good and noble cause.....He's modifying software. Not exactly a good reason to go to jail over.

well all that matters is that there is enough legal obscurity to bullspit your way through it. i think he could have a good chance of winning if what DPM says is true, how about we create a thread devoted to helping DAX in court! i think we owe DAX enough to have some of us look into the legal matters for him

If anyone was his attorney it should be dpm . You can be the stand in if dpm gets magically sick for some reason on the court date. I think dax made the right choice though imo.
