game could not be started error

when ever i run certain things such as the snes emulater in the packgen and the windows 95 emulator it comes up woth

the cam could not be started
(8002014c)

what can i do to fix this

its in 3.4 oe-a

I'm guessing your putting them in the GAME folder? If so boot into recovery mode, (turn off psp fully and hold r trig as you turn it on) and go into configuration and change the homebrew folder kernal to 1.50. That should fix it. Most of the time when you get that error, that is the problem.
