3.40 OE-A trying to downgrade to 1.50 having problems

Whenever I go to my movies the PSP freezes if i go to music it just doesn't open my cousin says that it should be fixed if i downgrade to 1.50

have you tried reflashing your psp with the 3.40 oe-a customfirmware?
it worked for me when i bricked my 3.03oe-c and 3.51m33 ^__^
try asking one of the moderators....
