2.50 Update

These updates from Sony are pointless. The Locationfree Player doesn't run unless you buy the Locationfree Base Station from Sony. Before you know it you won't be able to play games on your PSP unless you own the PS3!

i agree 100% with ramuthra, sony is the sh*t dude, consider the source of the illigaly made homebrew (no, not the creator) the system iself that allows us to play the homebrews! without sony, this thought of mp3's, videos, games, web, phottos, and other things would have never ever been mentioned...well it evetually would, but in a very loing time. so we should be thanking them but i dont like thei CHOICES that they use to prevent the use of hombrews. nevertheless sony is still a very good game company.

If this stuff was illigle then would the site be illigle too?But it just so hapens it isnt.This stuff is 100% not illigle.If we saw something illigle posted ont he site, we would delete it right away.So if u guys realy hate pspbrew this much, then y dont u just leave?I mean we dont want people saying they hate pspbrew alot, but were not forcing u to do anything, hate it all u want.

Are you retarded?!? No one said anything about hating pspbrew. They were saying they hate that Sony is trying everything they can to stop homebrews from being used. As for the "illegal" stuff (check your spelling before you post next time), they are referring to the homebrews as illegal. Which they are according to Sony, otherwise they wouldn't be constantly updating the psp version to try and stop the use of them.

And aren't you the same person who started a topic ,asking for songs, which was subsequently closed? So I don't believe you have anything to do with deleting content.

Homebrews could be considered illegal beacause Sony does not support their use.

This topic was fine until you posted in it so just relax and let people respond to the fact that 2.50 came out.

sony doesnt have anything to do with homebrews, homebrews are considered to be used everywhere, its nto just sony but the homebrews are not iligle.If one homebrew supported a rom, that wouldnt even be ilgile unless the rom is played.

anyway going back to the origional topic, sony made a new update most likely cuz they heard what ppl were saying out 2.01 and how it had nuthing special, so nobody was pdating. unfortunatly they add all the good stuff to 2.00, and now there is really nothing left add. but i think that 2.01 was just a temporary upgrade while they were making 2.50.
