Summer Over/School Starts

Well, not everyone enjoys their time at school, BUT... you have the rest of your life to work. You'll be working for a looooong time, so why do it sooner than you have to? (unless you have to of course)

I am pissed, I hate school too. I am starting grade 11 so 2 more years for me until college. Its even worse having a job when you have school

Brent when you reach grade 11 you have to get a job for school.

I really don't care it's my senior year so just want get this done and over.

Working part time is different then full time...

I work 50 hour weeks sometimes. Mon-Fri

True enough you do have the rest of your life to work, But if you start working earlier, theoretically you can retire earlier. Although thats not always the case in our era as we USUALLY (but not always) require a college/university education before we can set foot inside a doorway to a decent paying job. Kind of frustrating when in our parents day all that was really required was a high school diploma. Let me stop now tho before I give the younger group any ideas to drop out and work instead lolol.

I was puting in 85-105 Hours Mon-Fri Occasional weekends if we missed our quota

I can't get a full-time job until I finish school, I mean I wouldn't mind working part-time since I'm a senior now.

doesnt school start in late september for you guys? It does for me.
But I heard 12th grade is seriously pain-staking..........................but I cant wait for college......finally a school that will teach coding....

School starts for me in 2 weeks.

I think school was pretty fun till about middle school. Then it was just boring :p Now I'm going into 10th and I just hate it. That and dang history, worst class ever. I think school would be way better if we could choose what we want to take (Instead of being forced to take all these stupid core classes that won't make a dang difference in my life other then getting a g.e.d.). But then again I'm so going to start a job with Circuit City's or best buy's computer repair services next summer. Last year I already passed the A+ essentials test (beasted it btw) and am going to take prolly the Depot Technician second half of the test this year along with taking the Network+ exam. So pretty much the only useful class I see in taking at school is math and computer engineering/ networking. I can't wait till next summer to get a job though(that and my license, so I don't have to get some adult to ride with me everywhere I go XD) and put my precious time to some good use, as in making money. But, school sucks, and I can't wait to get out and go to college and learn something useful for once.

Naw man dont hate 8th grade. Its SOOOOOOO easy.
But gr9 was incredibly hard..........

well i dont know what im doing because i moved (again) this summer

to those of you going into grade 8 and 9.... stop complaining. Those are the best years in school so have fun. High School sucks a big one

I have to def. say the last couple of weeks of 8th grade were great. freedom, didn't do nothing, just hung out with my friends all day havin classroom partys watching movies like lion king XD. Nothing like singing acoona ma tata all day long at skool. I wish I was back in elementary school though having nap time... :p

If your going into 8th you better enjoy it, because once you hit highschool it just goes down hill. lol.
