Is there an easy-to-use memory editor for the PSP? If so, can I have the link?

Will the memory editor work in the background of a GBA game?

oh... sorry I don't really know of one I think I know what you mean though.

you can try this cheating device, I'm not sure if it has the right memory editor your looking for though.
