2nd of all, you do know upload means taking something from a device and putting it on a computer or the internet. I think you mean download, am I right?

upload to the site and the file runs on fw 1.50 im using 3.40 oe-a

upload it onto pspupdates.qj.net they'll let u update it if you want to upload your own homebrew game

What exactly are you trying to upload? If it's something you made you can send it to me or one of the staff members (staxx, darkpackman77, d3vilsadvocate, sometimes .vault) and we can have a look at it, and if it's good we can upload it for you.
