I bought halo 3, it's a fun game. I'm not bitter that it's not the hyped up super game it was supposed to be, I expected it to be lacking for the most part.

I've been having a good time on xbox live.

If I had a 360 I'd get it... I've never played the story mode of Halo 1/2 but I've played online. It's fun... I know a lot of people got xbox's late in the xbox's life just to network up Halo in the dorms.

By the way, does anyone know about a non-xbox live way to play Halo 2 multi on a softmoded box?

Use either xboxconnect or xlink kai. There both great alternatives for xbox live. I've been using xbconnect for a while (it's "technically" called xboxconnect, but they all abbreviate it with xbconnect) and it's pretty nice. My name on it is ace013 so yea hit me up some time to get a whoopin at halo 2. :p

Added, mines is Slick17. I usually be on there at 3pm or later, so yeah hit me up too whenever you can.

Wrong. Some people, like me, hate Halo because nobody can beat them. None of my friends can win against me, and it isn't fun to play because then some "super-ego" comes to life in them and they think it's worth arguing over. I haven't done the online thing so much b/c of all the cheating on there - YOU people ruin Halo online, and I ruin Halo playing single player with my friends. I'm just too good, and I don't like playing because of it.
