Wrong. Actually, though the processor for the PSP is more powerful than the PS2, it has no cache on the processor and the onboard memory isn't handled in the same way. Also, the memory bandwidth is a lot slower on the PSP, so loading the type of textures that the PS2 has will not be possible on the slim, or the fat psp, at all - at least at full speed. Sorry folks... it's a downer, but it's true. Now the Nintendo 64... that's actually physically possible... so hold out your hopes on that one because if StrmnNrmn keeps up his work... he may strike gold pretty soon.

Memory cards have always been overpriced. Same way with M$, There flippin 120gb hd's cost $170! When you can go out to walmart and buy a 320gb for only $100. But hey, at least they used sata, so now I can go out and buy some 500gb hd and put it on a 360. I guess flash memory/HD's for consoles will always be overpriced.

Heck, online you can get 320gb hard drives in the $70 range, and sometimes high $60's. Anyways, I'm going to divert a little attention away from this thread, and point you guys to the PSPBrew Announcements forum. There we've decided to edit the rules, particularly rule #7, and it outlines a more accurate depiction of how much "piracy" talk is allowed on the forum.
