Wow a used xbox 360 core is only $200 right now at ebgames/gamestop. I might buy one some time this month or something if I get the money. Mod that thing up.

haha good try . I'm plannin on getting a PS3 at some point. They have a new 40g PS3 coming out with a SpiderMan 3 blu-ray disc with it for $399.99. But it'll probably be a while before I get one.

I noticed, lol. No-one can give any good points 'bout the PS3 expect that it's better than the 360. You can't really say that the PS3 is better if you don't give any justification to your answer.

don't waste your money on an xbox were each game costing 60$ and it dosen't come with anything when you buy it and etc..
PS3 has everything you need except good games.
GET a NEW PC games look better, run faster and more enjoying + you could just download games. If you want to sit down on your couch and play games then just plug in your pc and get a game controller resembling xbox or ps3 controllers.
Both microsoft and sony rip you off

I got a pro holiday bundle...comes with basically the exact same thing as the elite except the elite bundle has a hdmi cable and the pro doesnt and then the obvious elite has a 120gb hard drive pro has a 20gb. I love it so far, the only thing i noticed thats a negative is that the system heats up real quick and is pretty loud. So i would suggest getting one of those cooling docks when you purchase yours.

True enough, but a gaming console is a little more flexible and reliable than a computer....you can take your system to a friend or families place with ease, plus you dont ever have to worry about viruses or slowness after you chew up all your memory. Also its kinda hard to play games with a few pals that you have over on a computer unless your taking turns which is kinda boring unless your playing a game like counterstrike. It's just all in everyones preference tho.

Yea, I have to say systems pwn pc's right now. Maybe in the end they will win, but it costs way to much for a really good pc to play the limited games out for pc. I mean really, the games out for consoles are wayy better then pc. Unless the pc gets some good console charateristics, like staxx already mentioned, consoles will pwn the pc. Since there actually made for gaming, better games, wayy better multiplayer, portable (compared to a tower), and just funner and easier to set up. Plus you will encounter less problems with a console then a pc. I mean a pc you have to upgrade all the time, but a console, well you only need to buy the next gen one like what, every 4 or 5 years?
