It doesn't seem like anything bad but you have to follow the rules it may or may not be in the PSPbrew rules but it is in the phpBB rules. Maybe if the admins take this seriously maybe just lock the account not delete it.

As staff (like asddasit said) we have to respect rules. If he is only 12, he has to go. But,what if he was "lieing". No one can prove he is only 13. (its hard to be kinda staff. trying to help a brotha out while keeping rules set that is)


I know DPM hates all of us saying "lets leave it up to him" (he told me. ) but i really think it is up to DPM, DA, Ace, and Staxx. Mostly DA and DPM.

Same thing under 13 and you are gone. But like bk said country laws go before forum rules but its all the type of forum it is in this case its (phpBB.) But like I said just lock the acc. so we can still have him as a member when he is ready (13.)

Here's the reality of the situation though. It's impossible for us to prove that anyone is any certain age. I myself, am 19, and that's the truth, but even though I say it's the truth, it's far too easy for me to lie. I don't know of any instances of this on PSPBrew, but where I "came from" - psp-hacks, there are a pretty good number of people there that pretended to be girls. The question is, how can you prove that the person is a male or female?... you can't. Though it's not against the rules to be male or female, it's still applicable to the age rule. Since I have no way to prove any "wrong-doing", I also cannot take any action against anybody unless they specifically want me to - at least regarding the "age" issue.

I don't really see whatt he problem is, but he ddefinately doesn't act his age, hes not all immature or anything. If not sure, but, when you register for the forums, don't you click on "I agree to these terms and I am exactly or over 13 years of age"
or "...I am under 13 years of age" or something. I guess not since yall are saying it IS against the rules but idk. Why is it against the law?

I actually can't "confirm" that it is against the law at this moment. At least, I can't find the particular clause that makes it illegal to be 13 and join a forum, but it may be a policy of our host, and therefor, an adopted policy of ours. In either case, I learned most of my beginning psp material from an 11 year old on psp-hacks, so I'm not against younger members being on the forum. I'd rather they be on this forum, where there are strict rules against pirated and pornographic material, than be on a forum where the rules are more open and accepting of such things.

well anyway, you guys are really making it hard for ecko to prove he is older than 12 now he has three options for his defense:

1.) He wrote the problem wrong, he meant to say: 3X3+10-7+1 and he got confused when he typed it in, and then did the problem and found out it was 12 hence why he put a question mark, kuz he was confused because of his mistake

2.) He just wanted to see what you guys would say, I mean really if I were a 12 year old could I really make my own site and break phpBB rule double time and post all those theme stuff and guides?

3.) He was lying just to say he was the youngest to sound kewl, and he's really 15 or something

Even if none of those are true he could use them as lines to save his a** don't worry ecko I got your back I got all these excuses for you
