Kay well here is the proof when you sign up for any website or forum you have to agree to the coppa terms of service (http://www.coppa.org/) agreeing to those terms makes you prove that you are older then 13 if you click that box and you are under the age of 13 you are going against all laws and rules.

and blackmage i saw you just made that post you could still be lying. I don't know if you are older or younger then 13 but still i just wanted to point out the CTS (Coppa terms of Serice.)

we understand asddasit. But no one has any proof. so that mean DPM or DA cant lock his account since no one knows for sure.
