Ok...I have a huge question about one. There is this kid at my school (we have been friends FOREVER) and his dad bought 3 8GB IPhones (i think he is rich). He bought one for himself, my friend,and his gf. His gf tried it for the first week and decided she didnt like it. So its just kinda laying there in the box. Not scratched. Not broken at all.

Everyone knows these are like $600 phones without a plan. But i MIGHT get it for $200. Is this a good deal? I dont/never had owned a Ipod but really want one. So this would be like a Ipod,Camera, Internet, and all that. It will be a Jail Broke phone too. SO when i get verison soon (i hate Sprint right now) i will be able to put my Sim card in it and it will work (plus with Verizons new statement where they will let any phone use their service they wont care).

So is this a good deal? Yall have already said not to get an Ipod Touch. I am not concerned with finger prints either.

Most likely its a good deal but its only three gigabytes so now the best but still decent. Anyways try to bargain with him to make it say $100 or $150.

Wow they are $600 in the U.S? My friend just got a brand new 16 Gig one for only $425 CND.

The phone itself is not $600 i think, but you can spend $600 for the phone, a 2 year plan and some other stuff i think.

I could only find the 8gb on AT&T's website, but for them its $399 for the 8gb. I'm not sure if that's with the 2yr. contract or not. But it's always a huge hassle to find a simple phone it seems like on most cellphone service provider websites. I wouldn't mind getting one if I could get one cheap.

I said 3 8GB Iphones. As in he has 3 of them. They are all 8GB. Still a good deal? I meant they were a LOT more then $200 without a plan.

Well if you would buy one from him for $200 then I'd say that is a good deal.

Im just worried about 1 thing....If u read the fine print it says if u dont have the plan u cant use the Ipod part...I wonder tho if it is Jail Broken if i can use it as an ipod too. Anyone know?

ITS A VERY GOOD DEAL!!!!!!! take it. its christmas season and there kinda hard to get. my uncle has one and they're so perfect. they're really advance. i was on my myspace and its really easy to type and stuff. and you get effin youtube on it. how sweet is that. YOUTUBE!!!!! and its no like its DSL speed and u have to wait forever 4 a vid to load. its instant. its like high speed internet. i want one so bad but my mom would never get me somthing so expensive.

So what is the difference anyways? Between the touch and the iPhone? Other then the iPhone can be used as a phone, is that the only difference? If so I might try and get a touch. As long as the touch has wifi and youtube and everything like the iPhone does other then being a phone.

Seriously? Wow I'm so going to get a touch now then. Even if I had a iPhone I prolly wouldn't use it as a phone anyways. I'd just use my old flip phone I have now, I'd be afraid it'd like break while I was splitting firewood or something. Well if the phone feature is the ONLY thing different (I did notice the touch doesn't have EDGE, but you don't need to activate it to use the internet or anything ) I will so get a touch. Can the touch also like check the stocks, or weather? O yea, and the touch doesn't have a 2megapix camera, which isn't a biggy. I'm going to look more into this.

I think its a great deal...I wont be using the phone anyway (not yet at least until i get verizon and put that Sim card in (i have sprintand no sim card)).

So i will mainly be using the Camer, Wifi, Ipod,and Youtube buttons. And when i unlock it a butt load of other stuff.
