Legal?

Hey everyone, I was just wondering, I was going to put up some really useful firmware stuff, like premade, easy to use packs onto Badongo.com, but the thing is that none of them are my work, would it be legal to still upload them? Would it be ok if I just gave them credits?

I guess if you asked permission to the author and they say its ok, then its ok.

you have to ask the author, and make sure you test these programs before hand.

Well I'm not really sure its different for each country. But for what I know you have to ask permission and when somebody downloads say the rar folder with the firmware stuff in it it has to say came from.... made by.... first uploaded... etc. But most times the makers say no.

like Dark alex stuff and Sony updates, what about those?
