Funny enough, i was just about to say try using the home button...cause i know with the psp you can override the lock code by using the home button so i figured if the touch has one to try using that.

okay thanks i got it to work i found a forum on ipod touch, thnx alot!! the touch is sick now i want to put gba and nes games on it !

im really not there yet i need the files and its like 300 mb and it will take me forever to download so im going to download it somewhere else. heres the website i went to its full of information!

i dont have an itunes account and i got my music on my ipod. all you need is the latest version of itunes.
