Downgrading 3.71 m33-4 to 3.52 m33-4?

Just found out that the Cintro's don't work with 3.71 m33-4.

Is there anyway other than a Pandora's Battery or Magic Stick to get the PSP downgraded to 3.52 m33-4?

Or even better, is there a way to get Cintro's working with 3.71 m33-4?
