Well you first gotta go to 3.80, then you can update all the way to 3.80M33-5.

Mmkay I plugged psp in and did usb connection.. should I format my mem card?
I sot up 3.80 now it says not responding

Where do I get them at? I'm waiting for my battery to charge.. Still havent done 3.80. Can you install on AC power?

I think you just need 75%+ battery or so, some precaution. You can get them in our download section! Well some of them, look here. See what the descriptions say in the 3.80 updates, maybe -4 can take you from 3.80 to -4.
